  • Local Shipping (Hong Kong): We offer standard and express shipping options for customers within Hong Kong.
  • International Shipping: We ship to select international locations, including countries in Asia, North America, Europe, and more. Delivery times and rates may vary by region.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the time of payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Size and weight of the package
  • Shipping method (standard, express, etc.)

Shipping Rates for Hong Kong:

  • Free shipping for orders over HKD 500.
  • Standard shipping: HKD 30-50, depending on location.
  • Express shipping: HKD 80-120, depending on delivery speed and destination.

International Shipping Rates:

  • International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your order.
  • You will be able to see the estimated shipping fee before you finalize your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Hong Kong:
    • Standard shipping: Typically arrives within 2-4 business days.
    • Express shipping: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days.
  • International:
    • Delivery times vary by destination:
      • Asia: Typically 5-7 business days
      • North America & Europe: Typically 7-14 business days
      • Delivery times may be affected by local customs processing or carrier delays.

Please note that these are estimated times. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing may affect delivery times.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Local: We currently ship to all areas within Hong Kong.
  • International: We offer international shipping to most countries. However, there may be restrictions in certain regions due to customs laws or shipping limitations. If we cannot ship to your country, we will notify you immediately and provide a full refund if the order has already been placed.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Before placing an order, we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional costs that may be applied to your shipment.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, occasionally items may be lost or damaged during shipping. Please provide photographic evidence of any damaged items so we can quickly resolve the issue.

8. Missed Deliveries

If the carrier attempts to deliver your package but you are unavailable to receive it, they may leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up your package from a local depot. If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. However, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Return Shipping
